A. Every 5’min For 20 min (4 sets of each):
Minute 1 – Tempo Supine Barbell/Ring Rows x 8 reps
Minute 2 – Tempo Left Leg Box Step-Ups with DB x 6-8 reps
Minute 3 – L-Seated one DB Press x 12 reps (6 each)
Minute 4 – Tempo Right Leg Box Step-Ups with DB x 6-8 reps
Minute 5 – Tempo Push-Ups x 10 reps

B. 9 min EMOM (3 sets each) for max reps:
Minute 1 – 30 seconds of Toes to Bar (kness2elbow)
Minute 2 – 30 seconds of Calories
Minute 3 – 30 seconds of Dips

C. Three sets of:
Reverse Snow Angels x 20 reps
Rest 30 seconds
Hollow Hold x 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
