Minutes 3-4, 9-10 & 15-16: Handstand Hold x 45-60 seconds
Minutes 5-6, 11-12 & 17-18: Hollow Rocks or Holds x 45-60 seconds

B.
Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes (5 sets):
Run 400m/ row 500m/ ski 500m / 1000m
20 Bulgarian split squat
20 Push-Ups
