  1. 3 Squat Snatches (Rx; 50/35 kg – S1; 40/25 kg)
  2. 1 Round of “Strict Cindy”
  3. 50 Double Unders (80 Single Unders)

*Strict Cindy  = 5 strict pull ups + 10 push ups + 15 air squats

*Scaling with “Power Snatch” for first day athletes and beginners.

*If you do not feel fit, you should rest at least 3 rounds at 15 minutes.
