Partner 1: 100 Double Unders (S1; 75 DU or 200 SU)
Partner 2: 500/450m Row or Ski – 400m Run

40 Floor Press (60/40 kg)
40 Toes to Bar
Partner 1 DU while Partner 2 Ergo. After both athletes have finished, then move on to 40 floor press and 40 toes to bar, shared, with one athlete working at a time. Continue in this way for 4 rounds, rotating who do double under and who rows each round.
