A2) Diamond Push up @ Tempo (2020)

A3) Hollow hold

3×30-45 seconds

B) For Time

20 Strict Double Pushup Burpee (1= drop down, 2 strict push ups, jump the feet in, finish burpee!)

60 Air Squats

30 Strict Burpee (1= drop down, 1 strict push up, jump the feet in, finish the burpee!)

40 Air Squats

40 Burpees

20 Air Squats
